Cause

Near North Palliative Care Network (NNPCN) - Providing compassionate palliative care, caregiver support, and grief services since 1987. We provide free palliative care, caregiver respite, and bereavement support to people when they need it most. Our trained volunteers offer compassionate support to palliative clients in the comfort of their own homes, helping them remain where they feel safest while giving caregivers a much-needed break. We also provide grief counselling and support for those experiencing loss. With the continued support of our community, NNPCN works to educate, support, and prepare families and individuals to care for our most vulnerable neighbours with dignity and compassion.
